Editor in Chief Doug Schnitzspahn and yours truly, Senior Editor Cameron Martindell, took a trip to Utah to jump into The Black Hole of White Canyon. A five-mile stretch of barely flowing river with some really deep spots. With us were Cory Lowe of Backbone Media and Filmmaker Dan Ransom who just premiered his film "Last Of The Great Unknown" (www.lastofthegreatunknown.com at the Banff Mountain Film Festival. Cory brought the Sylvan Sport Go, a compact camping trailer that was easy to tow and set up. We talked to Dan about his film, with Cory about the trailer and I share some canyoning video from my recent trip to Switzerland. We also tested some other gear, talked shop and had a blast. White Canyon is a great adventure and is easily done over a weekend from Denver. Audio is a little tricky in water and canyons, so turn your speakers up and listen close.
