Realmz is a fantastic Macintosh RPG from the mid 90's created by Tim Phillips. While the graphics are a tad primitive for the time, it features an incredibly in-depth battle engine and character creation system reminiscent of Final Fantasy Tactics and Dungeons and Dragons. It is NOT an easy game and requires some serious RPG skills to beat the toughest monsters. Literally hundreds of caste/race combinations can be made, and the dozens of stats for each character can be rerolled to your heart's content. Characters can be reused in multiple storylines, and move treasure and experience from one campaign into a whole new campaign. The storyline and presentation for the best campaigns are pretty dang good, too. The full version of the first two campaigns can now be downloaded for free: www.fantasoft.com The outdoors theme- which everyone hears when they first start the City of Bywater campaign.The song was recorded as an MP3 in Audacity using dual channel sound (it sounds much better with two speakers). I don't know who actually composed this song, but I'm simply giving credit to Phillips for it. Excellent, excellent music.
